The state of play when they walked in.
ony came to CrowdCypher with a tree business and nothing else digital. No website, no search presence, no advertising history, no Google profile. The whole machine had to be built before it could be tuned.
The build went end to end: the website, the local SEO underneath it, the Google Ads account from its first campaign, and the Google My Business profile that catches the emergency calls.
When keyword tracking began, the baseline was zero: 3 organic visits, and not one of the 82 tracked terms ranking. Everything below grew from that floor.

The site we built, live from aptreemanagement.com.au.
From zero rankings to 173 keywords. 120+ in the top ten.
The tracked set started at 82 terms, none of them ranking. Now most of the money terms sit at number one in the local pack, where a tree service actually gets called. 320+ backlinks on diverse anchors did the pushing.
| Segment | Then | Now | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Row one | 00 | 00 | ▲ 00 |
| Row two | 00 | 00 | ▲ 00 |
| Row three | 00 | 00 | ▲ 00 |
The local pack is the win. For a tree service, number one in the map results is where the phone rings, and the majority of the tracked money terms now sit exactly there, backed by suburb pages across 20+ areas.
What the build produced.
Enquiries and ad performance, measured, not modelled.
What it's actually worth.
Tree-work economics against the measured enquiry volume.
We don't just deploy AI, run ads, or optimise for results.
Because in a world of fleeting trends and market noise, the only real strategy is to build something unmistakable.
