The Brief

The brand didn't exist. Then it did.

Intrametica began as a naturopath’s formulations and a name. No website, no audience, no search footprint. The brief covered everything a brand needs to exist in public: identity, store, photography, copy, socials, ads and the analytics to read it all.

CrowdCypher built the Shopify store, shot and styled the product and founder photography, wrote the copy, and switched the channels on in sequence: paid social to find the audience, Google Ads to catch the demand, organic search to compound underneath.

Thirteen months later the search footprint alone spans 599 ranking queries, the brand name sits at position 2, and paid social has carried 7,390 people to a store that did not exist before this engagement.

The Brand

Premium because every detail agrees.

One team authored the identity, the photography, the packaging presentation and the voice, so nothing on the brand's surface argues with anything else.

A naturopath’s formulations, presented like the premium brand they deserve to be.

Supplement buyers are sceptical, and they should be. The brand answers with specifics: the naturopath behind the formulations, the ingredient sourcing, the process photography. Every image on the site is the product as it is, shot for this brand, by this engagement.

The AI Layer

Vita, running customer intelligence.

Live under the Intrametica brand. Customers, orders and channels in one place.

VitaLive

The copilot itself. Chats through the day: which customers are moving, where revenue concentrates, what needs action.

PulseLive

The store today: orders in flight, tasks due, the day's shape at a glance.

Customer deskLive

Every customer by value and activity, from first order to loyal repeat.

Channel mixLive

Where customers and revenue come from, updated as orders land.

This is the Intrametica CRM, running live under the brand, not a mockup. The customers, orders and messages inside are a built demo set, disconnected from the store's real records. Open it in the frame below and ask it anything.

The Outcome

Thirteen months from a standing start.

Every channel switched on by one team, and every channel reporting.

Sales by channel

The sales 5.9K Transactions in thirteen months, across every channel. Google Ads cross-network leads with 1,856 sales. Paid social adds 1,183, organic search 1,030. Every one attributed.
The search footprint 599 Queries ranking for a brand that had none. The brand name at position 2.08, the hero products earning their own queries: purify body cleanse, collagen ultimate, skin tea.
The audience 15.4K People brought to the store, led by paid social's 7,390. Direct traffic runs second, which for a young brand means one thing: people remember the name and come back.
The compounding effect Paid found the audience, the brand kept it, and search now compounds underneath both. The channels were switched on in the order that builds a brand, and thirteen months of data shows each one doing its job.
The Quiet Numbers

What it's actually worth.

Store economics against the tracked funnel.

The year $710K+ Through the store, at 5,470 sales a year and a $130 average order. 5.9K transactions in thirteen months across the channels this engagement runs. The ledger, at category order values.
The organic slice $124K A year from organic sales alone, on rankings fourteen months old. Around 950 sales a year arrive through the 599 queries the brand now owns, at no cost per click, and that share is still climbing.
The repeat engine LTV Supplements are a repeat purchase, and the CRM works the repeat. A collagen customer who reorders quarterly is worth several first orders a year. Customer intelligence exists to make that reorder happen.
The number A brand that did not exist now transacts $700K+ a year across five channels, with its own name at position 2. That is what end-to-end placement buys: the store, the story, the audience and the machine that keeps all three growing.

We don't just deploy AI, run ads, or optimise for results.

Because in a world of fleeting trends and market noise, the only real strategy is to build something unmistakable.
