The state of play when they walked in.
Motor Money pays cash for cars and writes vehicle finance, with an online valuation tool and a loan calculator at the centre of the funnel. When the engagement began, none of it was measured: Meta was tracking link clicks and nothing else, and budget decisions ran on feel.
The brief: wire conversion tracking end to end, put paid media behind the two actions that make money, selling a car and financing one, and let the budget follow proof.
Google Ads carries the buying intent on a $5K monthly budget with Melbourne geo-targeting. Meta feeds the top of funnel. The calculator pages turn interest into applications, and every one of them is counted.

Motor Money AI, running the brokerage day.
Live under Motor Money's own brand. Clients, deals, lenders and money in one place, with a radar on every file.
The copilot itself. Chats through the day: which deals need action, which lenders are moving, where commission sits.
The brokerage today: deals in flight, tasks due, calls logged, the day's shape at a glance.
Watches every file for stalls and anomalies, and surfaces the next action before it is late.
Commissions and payments reconciled per deal, so nothing settles unpaid.
What the account produced.
Measured end to end, so budget decisions run on proof, not gut feel.
What it's actually worth.
Revenue as the account recorded it.
We don't just deploy AI, run ads, or optimise for results.
Because in a world of fleeting trends and market noise, the only real strategy is to build something unmistakable.
