The Brief

The state of play when they walked in.

Privvy sells women’s fashion through a national web store and physical boutiques across the Hunter: Green Hills, Kotara, Mount Hutton, East Maitland, Hornsby. Two funnels, one brand, and the search system has to feed both.

The engagement built it that way: the brand family held at position 1, a Google Business profile per store funnelling its own suburb, and the collections (dresses, tops, new arrivals) ranking as shopping destinations in their own right.

It reads like a brand with gravity: 56,911 clicks in the window, a 78-80% click-through rate on the brand’s own queries, and 4.5K clicks arriving through the stores’ Business profiles alone.

The Quiet Numbers

What it's actually worth.

Retail economics against the shopper volume.

The online floor $100K+78-80% 42.7K organic clicks a year, converting at category rates and an $80 basket. Online only, at a single-outfit order. Multi-piece baskets and the social channel's 10K conversions trade above it.
The in-store multiplier 5 doors Every position-1 suburb search ends at a boutique counter. The web numbers are the measurable floor. The boutiques convert the rest of that demand at the register.
The brand asset 78-80% Click-through on the brand's own queries, four in five searchers. A name that converts at that rate makes every other marketing dollar cheaper: everything lands on trust already built.
The number Six figures online at the floor, five boutiques converting above it, and a brand four in five searchers click. The wardrobe refresh comes back every season, and every channel points at the same racks.
