The state of play when they walked in.
Prolec is a local trades operation with big-ticket lines: general electrical, air conditioning installs, intercoms, NBN and structured data cabling. A callout is a few hundred dollars; an AC install or a data fitout runs into the thousands.
For a local electrician the search system has two doors: the suburb query and the Google Business profile. The engagement built both, plus a service page for every line of work so the bigger jobs have somewhere to land.
Both doors are open: electrician eltham on page one of Google, the brand family near a thousand clicks, and the Business profile driving 840 visits on its own.
What the account shows.
Brand, suburb, profile: the three surfaces a local trade lives on.
What it's actually worth.

Because in a world of fleeting trends and market noise, the only real strategy is to build something unmistakable.
